Course Outline:

How can we teach yoga in a "body positive" way? Yoga for self acceptance regardless of shape, size or the level of practice. How can we ensure students are comfortable in our classes whatever their size, shape, gender or ethnicity? What support can we give our students so they feel more accepting and connected to their body? This session will look at the skills we require as yoga teachers to teach yoga safely and modify poses to suit a wide range of body types and how we can better appreciate the challenges we may encounter ensuring everyone is sufficiently supported in their practice.

"It was fantastic to see Donna's passion and hear her expertise and experience in teaching inclusive and accessible yoga. The workshop has given me more confidence in plans to take my teaching to people who may not otherwise find yoga." Chrissie

"Thank you for your workshop it has made me realise that being accessible for everyone is extremely important. Sharing your knowledge in an authentic and kind way thoroughly enjoyed the time spent together." Kare
