Consent is front and centre of our work as yoga teachers. How do we look after ourselves as yoga teachers and ensure that what we consent to taking on does not overwhelm us? How can we look after our students in a way that enables them to make choices about what feels good for both their bodies and their minds. What are the challenges of consent in a group environment and in a one to one setting. What are the challenges we face with regard to consent if we are part of a broader yoga school, organisation or studio? Join Aneta for an interactive and practical workshop.
What you will learn:
- What consent is and how to work with it with trauma-informed yoga approach
- Why consent is vital for creating safe container for your yoga students
