What can we as yoga teachers do to protect our knees and strengthen so we are less likely to experience injury? How can we support clients who are or have experienced knee problems? Learn tried and tested techniques for preventing knee injury and rehab plans for returning safely to strength and stability.

About the facilitator:
Amy Fergus-Fuller specialises in rehab in yoga with specific focus on ab rehab and knee rehab. She runs ab rehab & knee rehab trainings and c-section specific workshops focusing on healing the scar and helping women and teachers to understand what big differences there are for those women who have had a c-sections. Amy has trained with many teachers and originally qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga.
