“It was great to have the chance at the workshop to apply in in practice the principles we learned to posture and transition. I learned things at this workshop that I can immediately apply to my teaching. Anthea Sweet is very knowledgeable and approachable and welcomes questions. A useful and enjoyable day!” K.S.
