Creating Yoga Teachers Forum came from my experience as an independent yoga teacher.  When I founded Finchley Yoga back in 2004 a few years into my yoga teaching journey I was seeking community amongst other yoga teachers.  I was looking for yoga teachers who I could count as my peers, colleagues and friends and also wanted to build my skills as a faciliator of workshops and to collaborate with other teachers in areas of specialisation.  This began at my local studio with montly teacher training sessions raising money for local homeless charities.  After a few years I introduced chair yoga teacher training and yoga for cancer with a couple of specialist colleagues.  Then in 2020 our community had to go online due to the pandemic and the need for peer support amongst yoga teachers had never been more necessary.

Since then I have co-created many workshops and training programmes with fellow yoga teachers and been responsible for 100s of free events including mini trainings and teachers circles.  

I continue to love collaborating with yoga teachers and mentoring teachers looking to step into their next stage of teaching be it through further training or business support.
